Introduction

"Weeds are weeds only because we don't know its name." - Weeds are a little slower, Lin Zhiyu.

For the herbs that are not known and cultivated for non-specific purposes, we often call them weeds and weeds. These small grasses are not as beautiful in appearance as flowers, their functions are not as prominent as forest trees, and their output value is not as good as that of commercial crops. Because of their low profile, people even regard them as the culprit of destroying the landscape of the land. But even the common weeds on the side of the road have a meaning.

Turning around and looking at the ground, the slender and slender ones like rice ears are earthy incense, those who are afraid to touch them are mimosa, and those full of thorns like needles are Xianfeng grass. Only then did I realize that each grass has its own name. And these grasses with names and surnames, whether they are taken internally or externally, all hide the value that my "grass" is inherently useful.

Weeds grow and breed rich biodiversity, allowing all kinds of creatures to depend on one leaf and one flower for their descendants, hiding the warmth of the mother of the earth. In this event, we invite you to collect the weeds with you, learn to slow down and feel the gift of nature, pick up the grass that has not been printed for a long time in the past, let us know it, drink a cup of weeds Tea, taste the hundreds of flavors of the world. -Photo courtesy of [Canopy Life]

"People go to the mountains and fields to get close to nature, and nature uses the weeds around them to get close to people"

Observing, feeling, romantic and stubborn, collecting the wild plants closest to human life - weeds to make tea, tasting the local terroir, and conveying the most personal land information. The team of inquiring about Taiwanese herbal tea, environmental ecology, and artistic experimentation, observes people and people, people and land, people and themselves, and explores the possibility of contemporary collection. Weed tea, let us practice every day to return to the natural love and freedom.

Lin Zhiyu Zo Lin

Wandering in urban and rural areas and natural mountains and fields, picking herbs and making tea, using the naturally raised weeds as the "recipe nurtured by the land". He likes to write, draw, and cook a pot of tea for life, conveying real but unfathomable messages between people, between people and everything in the universe.

Tiffany Lay
A girl who learns tea, loves tea, and is willing to share, believes that only by understanding herself can you understand the people around you, and only then can we understand our earth. Through the wild plants "weeds" that are closest to human life, we collect grass to make tea, make handmade paper, carry out various brewing and fermentation, and spread happy pink bubbles.
