Yuxiu Art Museum has a warm and dedicated group of volunteers who provide timely and considerate services to visitors, making it the most beautiful figure in the museum.

Notes on Volunteer Recruitment (Application for 110 Years has ended)

1. Recruitment target

(1) Volunteer participation at the age of 20 or above and have the enthusiasm for service and dedication, and can serve at the library according to the scheduled time, and the service period can be at least one year.

(2) Those who have the ability to surf the Internet and can use communication software such as mobile APP to communicate are preferred.
(3) Have the spirit of teamwork and be able to coordinately complete the work delivered by the museum.
(4) Willing to abide by the relevant regulations on the key points of volunteer management in the library.

4. Explanation matters

(1) When announcing the list of admitted internships, the volunteer number will be announced together.

(2) During the internship period, each new partner will be mentored by a senior volunteer. If you have any questions, please contact the mentoring volunteer (a contact number will be provided during the training for new volunteers)
Or call the staff at the front desk (Tuesday~Sunday 12:00~15:00 049-2572999 ext. 211), and try their best to answer your questions.

(3) If you already have a volunteer service record book, please bring it with you during the lecture for proofreading and registration. (Photocopies are also available)

(4) Those who leave the team after less than three years of service will not be able to return to the team and must re-enter the whole recruitment process.

(5) If you are a volunteer for the first time, please go to the "Taipei e-University Digital Learning Network" to complete the 6-hour "Volunteer Basic Education Training" course before the professional training course, or participate in the relevant basic education provided by the community college/volunteer service organization. Training courses, get 6 hours of study hours certification. Those who have completed the basic training should submit a written study certificate (including an electronic file) to facilitate the application for the Volunteer Handbook.
